Store Policy
  • All buyers agree to all of the terms bellow, when they buy a
    product from us.
  • All items we sell are used and refurbished and looked over
    by us. Their may be minor to moderate ware and marks on
    them. Most of these units were used in schools. Each unit
    is fully tested before it ships. All units are also check over by
    a manager.
  • All stock items ship out with in 3-5 business days.
  • We ship using USPS, all laptops must be signed for.
  • Items that arrive not working may be returned for a product
    exchange.
  • Items may run out of stock in which we will issue a refund
    right away or ask the buyer if they would like to wait for more
    to come back into stock.
  • We have the right to change items and prices at any time.
  • We only take PAYPAL payment.
  • We only ship to the address on your PayPal Account.
  • The colors of the ibooks and imacs in stock change daily.
    We can not always guarantee the color of the unit we will
    sent out. You can email us in advance and ask what we
    have in stock that week.
  • *Systems sold with untested batteries are sold at a
    discounted price. That is why we sell them with the
    batteries as-is and untested. We can not guarantee the
    batteries life.
  • International Customers must Use International Check
    Outs.
  • International Customers are responsible for knowing all
    local customs and trade laws in their home country. We are
    not responsible for items taken by customs.
  • We do not take returns on international order, nor can we
    warranty the products because customs may damage
    them. All international orders are sold as is.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time and
    issue a refund.
  • We only take exchanges we do not take returns. If an item
    must be returned we charge a 25% restocking fee on
    laptops and parts, for desktops and displays we charge a
    40% restocking fee. We also do not refund the shipping
    price.
  • All of our units come with a  3 day DOA Exchange, unless
    noted that it is sold as is. This exchange covers major
    defects with the system only. DOA (Dead on Arrival) means
    we only cover the unit, not booting up to an OS with a screen
    that you can see and use. This exchange does not cover ,
    issues with the CD-rom drives, speakers, latches, or ports.
    These systems are used older computers and they may get
    damaged in shipping. All of the items are tested but since
    they are older some minor problems like those listed may
    occur during shipping. Any user changes made to the
    system, such as new software or hardware changes will
    void the exchange coverage. Do not remove any stickers or
    change the case in any way. We reserve the right to deny
    any exchange claims that we feel may have been caused by
    the user. We also reserve the right to change our exchange
    policy at any time. Exchanged goods must be shipped back
    to use with a 2-3 day service and must have insurance and
    tracking.  Buyer pays return shipping. Customers must
    contact us first and receive an RMA number which needs to
    be put on the box.
